Booking & Reservations

How do I book a villa?

Browse our properties on the destinations page, then submit an inquiry through the booking widget or message us directly on WhatsApp. A member of our team will respond within minutes (typically under 10) with availability, pricing, and any tailored recommendations.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (mid-December through April), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for the best selection. Easter week, Christmas, and New Year's frequently sell out 6-12 months ahead. For shoulder and off-season (May through November), 4-8 weeks of lead time is usually sufficient.

Is there a minimum stay?

Most villas have a 4-7 night minimum during peak season and a 3-night minimum off-season. Holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year's, Easter) typically require a 7-night minimum. Specific minimums are listed on each property page.

Can I bring children? Pets?

Children are welcome at every villa. Pet policies vary by property — let us know what you're traveling with and we'll match you with a pet-friendly option.

Payment & Pricing

What does the rental rate include?

Standard inclusions: villa rental, daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, gardener service, on-call property manager, and 24/7 guest support. Many villas also include a dedicated butler, daily breakfast, and welcome amenities. Excluded by default: airport transfers, private chef, grocery provisioning, excursions, and gratuity — all of which our concierge team can arrange.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A 30% deposit is typically required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due 30-60 days before arrival, depending on the property. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select alternative payment methods. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems with full fraud protection.

Are there additional fees?

The Dominican Republic charges an 18% ITBIS (VAT) and 10% tourism service tax on accommodation; both are itemized in your quote. A refundable security deposit (typically $1,000-$5,000 USD depending on the villa) is collected before arrival and returned within 7-14 days after departure.

During Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged subject to availability — just ask.

How do I get from the airport to my villa?

Our concierge team can arrange private airport transfers from Punta Cana International (PUJ), La Romana (LRM), or Santo Domingo (SDQ). SUV, minivan, and luxury options are available. Some itineraries include complimentary transfers; otherwise typical pricing ranges from $80-$250 USD one way.

Is there Wi-Fi? Generator? Air conditioning?

Yes to all. Every villa in our collection has high-speed Wi-Fi, full-house backup generator, and air-conditioned bedrooms. Most also have AC in living areas. Specific equipment is listed on each villa's page.

What if something breaks or needs attention?

You'll have direct access to your on-property manager and our 24/7 guest line. We resolve most issues within hours; many before you've even finished mentioning them.

Concierge & Services

What concierge services can you arrange?

Anything you can imagine, and many things you haven't: private chefs, in-villa spa treatments, yacht and catamaran charters, helicopter transfers, photography, nannies, golf tee times, beach club reservations, excursions, grocery provisioning, and bespoke event planning. See our concierge page for the full menu.

Can you arrange a private chef?

Yes. We work with a curated roster of chefs from local Caribbean talent to Michelin-trained international chefs. Pricing varies; a typical full-day chef with groceries included runs $200-$500 USD per service depending on group size and menu complexity.

What about excursions?

We arrange everything from catamaran day trips to Saona Island, deep-sea fishing charters, horseback rides, ATV adventures, helicopter tours, golf at Punta Espada and Teeth of the Dog, and bespoke cultural tours of Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone.
