Elite Collective was born from a simple belief — that a private villa, curated with care, can deliver everything a five-star resort promises, and so much more. We are two couples who fell in love with the Dominican Republic and decided to build something extraordinary here.

Brad's journey to luxury hospitality started on the fairways of America's finest golf clubs. As a PGA Golf Professional with over a decade of experience at Top 100 courses, he learned that true luxury lives in the details — the preparation, the anticipation, the personal touch. In 2021, he channeled that expertise into Sunset Luxury Properties on Florida's Gulf Coast, a thriving vacation rental company that proved his instincts right. The Dominican Republic called next, and Elite Collective was born.
Maria is the heartbeat of the operation — the hardworking, passionate force who ensures every guest feels genuinely cared for. Brad and Maria's story began in the DR two years ago and grew into an extraordinary partnership, both in life and in business. Together they bring warmth, precision, and an unwavering standard of excellence to everything Elite Collective touches.

Francisco and Lohana share a clear vision: to offer their clients a complete service that goes far beyond purchasing a property. As real estate agents in Punta Cana, they have distinguished themselves through dedication, transparency, and a commitment to exceeding expectations at every step.
Francisco, born and raised in the area, brings an analytical and strategic approach driven by numbers and a deep understanding of the local market. Lohana, originally from Venezuela, arrived eight years ago on vacation and chose to stay after falling in love with the Dominican Republic. Her strength lies in the details, organization, and the care she brings to every client experience.
Throughout their careers, they identified a consistent need among their investors: a reliable property management service after the purchase. That vision led them to create a company that supports clients long-term. Today, their property management project reflects that philosophy — delivering peace of mind, trust, and a full-service experience that protects and enhances every investment.
